Hello Mumbaikars! 

We are thrilled to be back in the city for an exclusive Chefs table with Chef Triptpal Gandhi & the talented head chef of Baglami, Chef Rohit Vishnani!

Bringing to you their signature interpretation of Indian Cuisine - “ROIRAM BISTRO”,  where familiar flavours are elevated through contemporary craftsmanship & thoughtful innovation. This chefs table is unlike anything we have done before!

Chef Triptpal’s journey began at Tresind, Dubai, under Chef Sujan Sarkar, then as Junior Sous Chef at Jodhpur Royal Dining, where his "Macaroon Chaat" earned a Masala Magazine cover.

He went on to work at Gaggan,Bangkok (Asia's No. 1, 2-Michelin-Star restaurant), before launching Russia's first Indian gastropub in Moscow. He has served as A Sous Chef at Baar Baar, Manhattan & also worked at “Tiya” by Sujan Sarkar in California.
