We are thrilled to be back in the city with Chef Triptpal Gandhi, presenting his signature interpretation of Indian Cuisine, where familiar flavours are elevated through contemporary craftsmanship and thoughtful innovation.
Chef Triptpal’s journey began at Tresind, Dubai, under Chef Sujan Sarkar, then as Junior Sous Chef at Jodhpur Royal Dining, where his "Macaroon Chaat" earned a Masala Magazine cover.
He went on to work at Gaggan,Bangkok (Asia's No. 1, 2-Michelin-Star restaurant), before launchingRussia's first Indian gastropub in Moscow.He has served as A Sous Chef at Baar Baar, Manhattan & alsoworked at “Tiya” by Sujan Sarkar in California.
