Course 1: Cold Mezze Magic

Roasted Garlic Hummus , Beetroot Labneh ,  Muhammara served with freshly baked pita, pickled vegetables, marinated olives, seasonal crudités & artisanal crackers

Course 2: Couscous Symphony

Vegetarian : Harissa Grilled Vegetables & Couscous
(Charred vegetables, dry fruit couscous, yogurt espuma)

Non Vegetarian : Middle Eastern Chicken & Couscous

Course 3: Halloumi Hot Honey Pide
