We are thrilled to bring to you the second edition of Himsagar Express : a 12-course culinary journey created by Chef Neetu Solanki and Chef Farhaan Sulemani

The Himsagar Express is one of the longest train journeys in India, running from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu to Jammu & Kashmir, covering over 3,700 km across 12+ states.

Inspired by its route, we are bringing an exclusive multi-course dining experience, where each course represents a stop on the journey, reimagining a local dish/ingredient from that region with a modern, fine dining approach.

Each course is paired with immersive storytelling—plating, aromas, and soundscapes evoking train travel and regional culture. Guests will “travel” with us through India’s flavours, memories, and landscapes in one night.
