The Hedonist is exhilarated to present culinary genius Chef Priyam Chatterjee with His special debut menu – L’ENFANT SAUVAGE, in collaboration with The Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park.
Conferred the knighthood of ‘Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole’ by France in 2019 for “the quality and creativity” of his unique gourmet cuisine, Priyam infuses into his cooking the French influences he has imbibed over the years.
Priyam has honed his skills with Chef Jean Claude Fugier (3 Michelin-starred La Maison Troisgros & Paul Bocuse),and with chefs Matteo Grandi and Koldo Royo. His most recent culinary adventures were prominent in Singapore where he was the culinary maestro behind the early success of a fine dining restaurant which came under the “Michelin Guide Selected 2024” category within a year of its opening.
